Plug this Boombox CD Player radio camcorder dvr unit into any wall outlet to begin your video surveillance. Unit will automatically begin to record after SD card is inserted and power is connected. Recording can be started or stopped via the included IR remote control. Efficient motion activated recording.Playback recorded footage directly to a TV with included cable or remove SD card and playback footage on your computer using the included USB card reader. No computer is really necessary for the usage of this product. One will, however, enhance the usage. This product is self contained and records video to itself. Built-in Motion Detection Recording
Boombox has built-in motion detection recording allowing you to only record when something is happening. You may also choose to record continuously if desired. All recordings are timedate stamped and stored on a hidden Micro SD card inside of the boombox. Boombox can accommodate up to an 8Gb MicroSD card. There is nothing else to buy as this unit records to itself and not an external device.
Playback Recorded Video on TV or Computer
Recordings are easily viewed on a normal TV or Computer. Recordings are normal computer video files that can be transferred to your computer to archive, email to the authorities, upload to a website, and more. All software and hardware needed for TV viewing and computer viewing is included.
Fully Functional Boombox Plays CDs and Performs Surveillance
This boombox is a hidden video recorder as well as a fully functional boombox. You can listen to the radio, CDs, or tapes. Because it is a normal working boombox, no one will ever suspect that it is in fact a hidden surveillance DVR.
Plug it in or Power From Batteries
To power the boombox DVR, you can either plug it in to a normal wall outlet or power it from 8 D batteries (not included). 8 D batteries will power DVR for approximately 10 hours (with CD and radio off).

Units have
user-adjustable framerates. Higher framerates mean smoother video but
shorter recording times. Lower framerates mean more choppy video but
longer recording times. Unit can be set to overwrite. When set to
overwrite, it will record over the oldest footage when the SD card is
full. Overwrite allows the unit to run for weeks or months on its own.
When something happens, simply pull out the SD card and review your
recorded footage.
